Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et seq., including Section 13, the Beach Haven Municipal Council hereby designates the following dates for its regular meetings unless otherwise modified by Resolution of this Board.  Formal action will be taken and closed sessions may be held. Such meetings shall commence at 7:00 PM and shall be held in the Municipal Building, 300 Engleside Avenue, Beach Haven, New Jersey, on the following dates:

Ordinances Pending Adoption

The following ordinances have been introduced by the Municipal Council and will be considered for final adoption on the date indicated.  Public Comment must be offered prior to final adoption of any ordinance.

#2013-4C       AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE entitled, “Code of the Borough of Beach Haven, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, (2000)” as the same in Chapter 101 pertains to flood damage prevention.

#2013-2          BOND ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND ACQUISITIONS IN AND FOR THE BOROUGH OF BEACH HAVEN, IN THE COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING $845,000 THEREFORE, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $671,100 BONDS OR NOTES TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF.

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et seq., including Section 13, the Beach Haven Municipal Council hereby designates the following days for its agenda meetings unless otherwise modified by resolution of this Board.  Such meetings, when scheduled, shall be held Monday through Friday at 1:00 PM and shall be held in the Municipal Building, 300 Engleside Avenue, Beach Haven, NJ.  Formal action may be taken and closed sessions may be held.

Pursuant to Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Municipal Council of the Borough of Beach Haven may hold daily managerial work sessions Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each week at 9:00 am.   Managerial Work Sessions of the Borough Council will be held in the Conference Room, 300 Engleside Ave., Beach Haven NJ.
