Property Taxes are due on the following dates: February 1st. First quarter May 1st. Second quarter August 1st. Third quarter Regular tax bills are mailed once a year, usually at the end of June or the beginning of July. Checks should be made payable to: Borough of Beach Haven If a receipt is desired please send a self addressed stamped envelop with the entire tax bill. The Borough allows a 10-day grace period with payments being credited on the date received. POST MARKS ARE NOT HONORED. Delinquent Taxes are subject to interest as follows: 8% up to $1,500.00 18% on balances over $1,500.00 per annum. Any delinquency in excess of $10,000 will be charged a penalty of 6% if not paid by the end of the fiscal year.

Pay your current Taxes and Water Bills

Beach Haven Taxpayers have the option to pay current taxes and water bills electronically by automatic bank account withdrawal. With this option your account will automatically be charged on the due date.

Please note: Delinquent taxes and water bills CANNOT be paid through this option.

Please mail the form (with an original signature) back to the Borough at the address on the form.

Copies, emails and faxes will not be accepted.
